WASP2 Regional Lightning Data w/ Nexrad Radar

WASP2 (Wide Area Storm Probe 2) is a network-based lightning data visualization tool that allows for
true real-time viewing of lightning activity as it occurs within the StrikeStar lightning detection network.
The program receives lightning data from the StrikeStar server over the Internet and will display this
on a map, optionally combined with NEXRAD radar output.
